At the Willa Playschool families function in partnership with the teacher in the classroom. As a co-operative preschool, parents work in the class on a rotating basis, about once a month. Families have committee jobs such as board president or treasurer, class photographer, deep cleaning coordinator, social coordinator, and safety coordinator.
We have monthly parent meetings, both to discuss school business and to share our parenting experiences, questions, and challenges with each other.
